Madison Bunderson

Madison (Madi) Bunderson is a fourth-year graduate student in the Developmental and Psychological Sciences Program and a Leadership in Special Education Fellow. Madi received her B.S. in Psychology from Sewanee: The University of the South with a minor in neuroscience and a certificate in creative writing, connecting her interests in the brain and reading early on. Prior to coming to Stanford, Madi was a postgraduate associate at the Yale Child Study Center. At the GSE broadly and within the Educational Neuroscience Initiative, Madi has begun to explore how readers engage with narrative and what narrative engagement can result in from an interdisciplinary perspective. When not in the classroom or the lab, Madi enjoys scoping out new coffee shops and being bad at video games.
