Mathieu Guillaume, PhD

Mathieu Guillaume, Ph.D., is a Research Associate with the Educational Neuroscience Initiative. Mathieu earned a BS, MS, and a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium). He is interested in educational, cognitive, and experimental psychology. His research focuses on numerical intuition and mathematical thinking, and how these abilities relate to each other. Mathieu is also interested in developing new assessment tools to measure numerical and math ability. He is also interested in investigating neural markers of numerical cognition, mainly using frequency-tagged EEG.
